I was aiming for below 68 today, but oh well. This is an opportunity to try to get there over the weekend and maintain it till next Friday.
Step count is a bit down with an average of 7200k last week - let down by bad weather on Sunday when we were in a beautiful park, but it started raining, so we just came home. So far this week it's 7600k, so there's room for improvement.
Water intake has been good, and I've even had some kale this week, so I really enjoyed that. Hubby's been quietly sabotaging my efforts again, but I'll be more conscious of it this week and nip it in the bud.
