I think I'm on to something. Took my keto O/S an hour before my workout again.
worked on snatch technique and was able to comfortably and correctly squat my power PR and still have "gas in the tank". finished up with 2 sets of 10 thrusters at 83# and could have gone heavier, but those were REALLY solid! Earlier this week I was feeling lethargic. The little tweaks have paid off in spades so far.
oh, and I did do a progress picture yesterday. The C-section pooch is GETTING SMALLER!!!
So, my goal isn't weight loss, it's strength gain, and "pants loss".
So far so good. "call me butter 'cause I'm on a roll!"
