You aren't counting all your calories, my guess is you are eating more than you think which is why you are maintaining. Try and account for everything you are eating and go from there, I am sure the scale will move eventually.

I was camping this weekend but packed preportioned food (pitas with lunch meat&salad and grapes)and stayed under 1200 each day, plus camping was endless hiking, swimming and exploring. I’m very vigilant about my deficit. I had a constant deficit of at least 1,000 which I have every day, even when I do nothing (according to my BMR+activities counter)
