Had a wonderful night with the girls. Went to a pizza parlor and I thought I was doing great by getting eggplant rollitini. The description was ricotta, moz, parm & herbs wrapped in eggplant baked with marinara & cheese. Was delish, but towards the end I got thinking that the eggplant was breaded. Couldn't tell for sure and decided not to ask :-) Then off to starbucks where I got a decaf hazelnut latte with sugar free syrup and heavy whipping cream. Not too bad for a night out? :-)
