I teetered back and forth for a couple of months at 140 after keeping it at 120-125 for quite a while, telling myself, "Oh hell, live your best life." I wasn't. I still have the old crutch addiction to self-medicating with food. When the clothes start getting tight and I start digging for my frumpy clothes, I had to get real with myself. I'm just 5' so it shows up quick.
