Saw my Doctor today. He reduced one of my Diabetes medications. I was seeing drastic drops in my BS and was having to eat more to compensate for it. I should now be able to get down to eating properly without extra needed snacks. It should be easier to get out and exercise also, as I shouldn't get that sinking feeling as my sugar drops. It's a scary feeling when you're out for a long walk and all of a sudden you get that sweaty, dizzy feeling and you know it's dropping. Luckily 2 Timbits were along my walking path. Ya, I walk past a Timmies when I go one way and Esquires when I head the other direction. I should not have to give in to temptation anymore. Must be strong.
