So day 1 of phase two and I think I ate a little too much. Fortunately, I didn't eat anything I was not supposed to. Phew! I did my 30mins of high energy workout this morning. Tomorrow, I'm going to go up to 35 mins.

Great Job on the weight loss! I am definitely hoping for similar results after my firsty weigh in. I am feeling pretty tired right now and working on psyching myself up to work out because I know I need to do it.

Awesome, your doing great! I like to get my workouts done in the morning too, since then it gives me more energy during the day! Your chart looks great!
