Sat 9/17 Holly Cow! Don't know what got into me today, but I did a constant 25 min at 6.5 on the elliptical, and probably could have eked out a few more minutes, but I needed to do some floor work before leaving gym. I think I will eat more oatmeal from now on! After a bit of floor work I was getting pretty tired, but I still managed 5 min run walk on treadmill...not very strong, but 3 min was a consistent 4mph.
Thurs. 9/15 eliptical 5.0 for 10 min breathing ok, but it was hard work treadmill running for 11 min with a run/walk 2 and 3 min running at 4.0 breathing seemed ok, but got a cramp in side anyway. Was able to push through to get my 10 min goal, but still have work for the 5 min consistent at 4.0 goal.
