Last week was truly the stress week from hell. Big project at work, training from noon-8pm, the ONLY snowday of the year that the kids are both home and then Thursday we totally unexpectedly lost my brother-in-law! Talk about wanting to eat your feelings! but i didn't! (go me) Kept up with the keto o/s and ate very sensibly.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! if you're lethargic, gaining weight, tired and even a tad depressed, get thine butt into a doctor, check your cholesterol and have a stress test done! 80% blockage proved to be a killer, even to someone who 6 months ago was relatively fit and active.
oh, and placed 201 in my regional age group for Crossfit's 16.1! (i'm happy with that)
