Finally back on track it seems. I'm trying to keep the carbs as low as reasonably possible, but as long as I'm under 50 I'm relatively content with that.

Kind of bounced at about 273lbs all the way back up to almost 280, but now I'm back down to below 273 :D! It is hard with all of the peer pressure to eat this and try that. My coworker brought in an energy drink he had been raving to me about for a while now that I had said I really wanted to try, but I had to turn him down because of the carbs it had in it. He offered to bring me a diet one but I had to decline because I have heard mixed stories about citric acid affecting or preventing ketosis. I'll let myself have one when I lose another 10lbs as a treat. Until then, no energy drinks for me!
