not a good day food wise. Went shopping, so did a fair bit of walking in the mall, also ate lunch in the mall, not a lot of good choices there. Forgot to take anything out for supper so off to the local Chinese food place, and we did walk over there. It was good and slightly healthier than lunch much heavier on the Vegetables and lean meat, no sweet sauce. Oops, forgot about the egg roll. I guess I should go back and add that in.
