Sugar free Jello will be my good friend for the next 5-7 days. Cravings are upon me... AF due in a week. No PMS since I am exercising faithfully, but it hasn't gotten rid of the cravings (basically just hungry all the time). Steps for past 5 days: 7595, 9922, 8143, 10738, 8302.
