Running on the treadmill. Trying to switch it up from walking at 3-3.5mph to jogging/running at 4-4.5mph. I don't want my body to get used to one type of workout. I walked all summer outside with my neighbor and didn't really lose anything. I didn't get my heart rate up doing it obviously.

I finally got off the sofa last night. Watched X factor - and worked out doing weight lifting with 8lb free weights during the show. and during the commercials - jogged in place. LONGEST COMMERCIALS EVER!!!!! Did it for the first 35 minutes and then grabbed supper! :) Slept well last night!
