Been baaaaaaad. Back on it, using an exercise DVD daily (hopefully), cycling to and from work daily, although i have to say i was disappointed a how little calories that actually burns!!!, Christmas party coming up, going to try my very best to fit into an existing dress so i don't have to buy another!!, there is a credit crunch on....
