Completely exhausted, emotionally. My eldest boy is going through a very difficult time which requires talks at school and full attention during the day, and at night it's all about my 9 week old baby boy, and then ofcourse there is work, exercising and dieting. It was a struggle to keep to my diet today when all I wanted to do was crash in my bed with a hot chocolate (I did, eventually). Tomorrow is going to be one of those days again. I need to keep reminding myself tomorrow to eat before I'm hungry.
