Well I was pleasantly surprised to figure out that one of my favorite foods, ribs, fits the ketogenic ratio perfectly! I usually added a great quantity of barbecue sauce when I made them in the past, but I do enjoy it without the barbecue sauce. I'm excited for it to finish, but I'm extremely hungry right now as I knocked myself out of ketosis with the excess protein yesterday. I'm resisting the urge to eat something because I know just what it'll mean to get back on track again.

I was just finally feeling good too before, but that is my fault. I didn't experience a large weight gain, only about half a pound, but the weight was consistently dropping every day at least a small amount before that. I was very happy when someone came up to me and said how amazing it was that I had lost that much weight, and how much better I looked in my new well fitted clothes. It may not seem much, but it makes me feel better as I'm pretty self-conscious about this whole ordeal. In the beginning I wasn't even willing to record the weight on my scale as I didn't want to commit that number into the scale's memory. That might put it into perspective HA.

I hit the 10,000 step mark for today while working, and I pushed myself pretty hard while I was there. It is reasonably active and is part of how I am losing weight I think. Alrighty, back to the kitchen before everything burns.
