36 point day. So I should have no change in weight. Bugger! The visit to my in laws and the ginger beer and vodka put me over. That one drink was 8 pts ,so it put me over 30 and was the difference between losing weight vs not. Oh well -another day tomorrow.!! Try again to get back to 30. It's a process.

Oh I agree completely. There is something going on with what kind of foods we choose. For me a lot of fiber (lentils, fruits and veges) lean protein, and less sugar seems to work. The points (weight watchers) work by steering one to better choices. Fresh fruits and veges are 0 points. Lean proteins are only a few points per serving. Grains are moderate like 7, and foods high sugar and fat are high in points. For me, if I do 3 or 4 days at 30 points, I will lose a few pounds that week.
