So........it's been more than three months since I weighed in, probably my first mistake. I've kept track of my food intake but that just wasn't enough. I haven't actually gained 10 pounds, I'm four pounds over my ideal goal weight of 145. At my last weigh in I had just got over stomach flu. But with Christmas came food and treats which lead me down the path of temptation and I got lost in the forest. Today is day one of losing that regained weight. Goal 143-145 lbs, so I aim to lose 4-6 lbs. not so bad, I CAN do it!
