I decided to give a LCHF chili recipe a shot. I ended up making some modifications from that recipe and I ended up enjoying it very much. It gave me an idea for another recipe for a spaghetti style sauce without all of the noodles. The noodles were there just to make the sauce last longer anyway, right? :P

I am worried that I accidentally drank some real Dr. Pepper again. I made the mistake of stopping by McDonalds on the way home to get a Diet Dr. Pepper. I tried a sip and was a little off. I wasn't sure though because I hadn't had any diet soda in a while, and I know sometimes it is so sweet that I think it is the real thing. I had maybe half a cup of the soda before I committed to my belief that it was "real" and then dumped it. Not worth the extra carbs. I'm not feeling like I drank a bunch of sugar, perhaps I stopped in time or it was really diet, so I am hopeful to not wake up in a hang over tomorrow lol.
