Week 1 of the 6 week boot camp down. I learned a lot of nutrition facts I didn't know before. Paleo diet is a lot different, we are being taught that carbs come from vegetables, also have increased my fat intake. It's difficult to get in enough calories with the 3 meals per day I like to eat so I'll have to add a 4th meal after next week for sure but I have to say I have been in a great mood and wake more alert and with energy.
Very interesting so far, lots of push ups, air squats and sit ups so. Great group of people and sense of community around it.
My calorie intake last week was low between 1500 and 1700 per day. I plan to target the same next week to try to drop a few extra LBs and will increase to 2000 on non work out days and 2600 on work out days week after next.
