okay. i'm back. i actually finished my 12 week challenge last week and just barely made my goal, but i made it! i am down to 20% body fat and am thrilled! but...... i want to keep up the momentum and stay at this level (or maybe drop another 2%). all my weight/fat loss occurred during the first 6 weeks of my challenge... then i slacked off entering food and exercise and my progress stopped. lesson learned? stay on this site and enter, enter, enter! it keeps me focused and on track. so, here i am again and committed to staying healthy and fit.
