Have cut back on calories. Not quite where I want to be for the optimal weight loss. But better. Actually declined a cookie. I need to start adding more veggies/fruit and lean protein. I am starting by adding veggies that I can snack on at work. Bell pepper, cucumbers, baby carrots, snow peas, broccoli. I did by some fat free ranch for the broccoli. I need to get some healthy nuts like almonds and some low fat greek yogurt. It is hard to change habits though so a little at a time and I will eventually make it there. I don't just want to lose weight, I want to change my eating habits for life and as an example for my children so hopefully they will also make good healthy choices.
