Weighed in about 1.5 lbs heavier since Saturday, but that doesn't worry me as I am down quite a bit since the beginning of this month. I have been eating well and documenting my food intake. I think the slight weight increase is due to bloating and water retention. My weight is 188.9 lbs and my goal by the end of this week is to reach 186 lbs.
