1.8 LBS DOWN! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!
I am 1.8 lbs away from my 20 lbs mark. I am so close I can feel my kindle. We went to best buy Sunday, and I was playing with it and I am SO excited.
Went for my 5 runs again this week, and am really proud of this commitment I have. I'm going into my 6th month of dieting, and I have to say this is a record for me. I'm so excited that I'm just a few months reach of my final goal.
This Sunday, I started my run with the intention of running 3.5 miles. 2 miles in, and my heart rate was in zone 5 already, and I was panting like a dog who needed to take a break! I think I waited too long to go running, because I went at 11 30 AM, and it was going into the high 60s, so it was a little hot. I finished 3 miles in like 28:55, but I still feel a little disappointed. Hopefully this weekend I can reach 3.5.
Can I also say, (BECAUSE I AM PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT THIS AS WELL), my BMI is finally in the NORMAL range, AND my body fat percentage is < 30%. WOOOOO.
