I've gained 22 lbs. since mid June. I'm so upset with myself. I really thought I could do it on my own. I need accountability and I messed up.

HOWEVER, I am not going to beat myself up. I'm back!! And this weight is coming OFF!!!

OOH GIRL U AREN'T ALONE!! its frustrating repeating the work over and over but u know you can do it ... i've accepted that i gained and i am just doing the work again to get to where i'm happiest.. you know how to do it, you did it once before and you will again.. :)
