So I joined a challenge to lose 12lbs in 12 weeks. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but for me it's a start. I'm on steroids so I figure it's a goal I can achieve. 12lbs in 12 weeks is something I can do. I just have to focus and I can do this.

I was weighed on Tuesday at the doctor's office and I weighed 250lbs. Yikes. That's quite the jump for me. So I've started to go to the gym four days a week again. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I either walk the treadmill or ride the recumbant bike for 30 minutes. It's not much but it's better than doing nothing at all.

So here I am week one: 250lbs - 12lbs to go.

And needing all the support I can get.

It may be difficult but just stick to it. If you put your body, mind and spirit into it anything can be achieved. Perhaps some person motivation may help, my suggestion is to offer yourself small rewards that are non food related, so say at 2lbs you can treat yourself to x, another 2lbs y, and when you reach your final goal a new outfit to celebrate your new figure. Good luck with it all.. you can do it... yes you can!!!!!
