Well, I have one day before the weigh in and this is the first time that I actually am scared. I don't get it though. I did workout every day this week, ate what they told me to eat. I am just really discouraged right now. Going through a lot at home isn't helping either. All I want to do right now is get in bed and have a long crying session. Trying to keep it together for my husband but really feeling hopeless. I know life is going to throw obstacles at me and I have to get through, it's just really hard, to focus on myself and my weight loss when it seems like there are more important things to take care of right now. Trying to push forward, still haven't swayed from my diet or exercise though. I am just afraid that if I don't lose or god forbid gain tomorrow, I won't have the motivation to get past it with everything else going on. I just feel really empty right now.

I'm sorry you are going through a hard time. But taking care of your health becomes even more important during hard times. Look at you chart, it looks great. No matter what the scale says, you are doing great things for your body and health. Working out helps us cope with stress in our lives. Stick with it and you will results. Good luck! Things always have a way of working out.

Thank you, I totally agree with the working out, looking forward to go after work and take out some aggression, and then relax in the sauna :)
