I've cut out as much carbohydrate as possible. But I do allow myself milk in coffee and a couple of Bailey's ice at night. I feel satisfied after eating and I seem to go longer before I get hungry again. I was 22 stone (140kg) and it looks like I have dropped 3kg this last week. I know that this is probably just an initial high loss but I do feel better. Must be psychological. My target is 15 stone. I will start some gental exercise this week.

Every long journey starts with a decision to make it and you've overcome one of the hardest challenges by making the decision to lose weight. A good loss from a psychological point of view, as you've said. Just don't get too despondent if it isn't as good next week. Best of luck!
