Going back to the WOE that suits me. I'm experimenting with some basic foods in my food journal to see what will work to hit my macros without too much effort. My basis is usually chicken, eggs, and leafy greens. Outside of that I may throw in a protein supplement or two. Nuts are always good for me, too. After adding those up I realize I need some additions so I'll see what I can figure out.
