Well, I'm done with my morning run, 2.54 miles and 310 calories behind me so to speak. let's just pray that I don't cheat again today. I'm going to change my portions now. Basically eat more of the things I can eat and not limit myself to the portions described in the book. Seriously because now that I am up to about 60 - 90 minutes of exercise everyday, I am burning through my fuel. Need more fuel!
I cheated this morning and weighed myself (yes I know Gopackers!) and I'm down another pound which is cool! Viva la smashing!!!!
by the way, is anyone watching the show this season?
