Ok this week i have had two nights out and so to compensate for this over indulgence (and it was...) i have been having as little or no syns at all (on slimming world). Its my weigh in day today and this morning i thought i would have a sneaky peek and see if my plan had worked......in a word NO. Hopefully i have really faulty scales and when i weigh in tonight they will give me the news i am hoping for. hahaha....heres hoping!!
