Did my first Spinning class last night, I liked it alot but I sore in a spot I don't like to be sore at, the seats are tooooo small lol, anyways, had a great workout, looking forward to doing it again. Going to look into some bike shorts with padding though to help out ;) Weigh in tomorrow, hoping to make my 3lb goal, I have the Last chance workout tonight, hoping they kick my butt (even though it hurts already) tonight :)
