This morning the boys and I will help my brother move the balance of Mom's stuff into a storage pod. Going early and should be done by noon. She's feeding the guys (I'm abstaining) muffins, bagels, fruit and cheese so they'll be happy campers. She's downsizing, closing next Friday, and then will start looking for her next home. In the meantime, she'll get to relax, save money, go play for the summer which I think is awesome.
Food was fine yesterday, drank my 1/2 gallon+, got in my 3 coffees (yay!). Today will be more of the same. Later today my lawn needs a serious trim. The trimmer died last week after just the front yard was complete. I ended up getting a replacement on the 4th but didn't get the back done so this is 2 weeks' growth now and we've had rains since. Not quite a hayfield but getting there. The COOL thing is the replacement I bought has a battery (oh shoot - gotta plug that in!) and comes with a blower which I've been wanting but shamed myself out of before LOL. I'm kinda looking forward to no cord and it feels like a new toy.
The balance of the weekend? Groceries/errands, work project, and finding somewhere outdoors with water to put my toes in for at least a half hour. Maybe the state park (has a swimmable spring) for a while tomorrow. Make today a work day and tomorrow mostly a relax day (depending on what I can get done today that is...)
