Changed up my diest alittle back in the end of october. I lost intrest with weight watchers, and it was too hard to try and calculate points on the move.. Instead I started food journaling. I record everything I eat and try not to go over 1800 calories in a day. Have also been keeping an eye on my fat and protien intake. I also learned how many calories your body can burn at one time, so that has helped me look at things in a new light. I now evaluate everything before I eat it. If I even think my meal is going to be over 600 calories, I don't eat it. So far eating more fruits and vegetables has helped me to stop craving so many carbs, which is a good thing because I used to be a carb addict!
So far, so good. I'm on week 8 and have lost just under 10 pounds. Slow, but at least it's steady.
On times that I have slipped and gained a little back (such as Thanksgiving) I noticed it was a lot easier to loose now than it was before. I gained 2 pounds the week of Thanksgiving, and it took me just under a week to loose it again. My next big challange..Christmas!
4.2 pounds to go before I hit 200!
