I'm in such a funk right now. Emotionally, physically, and my eating is terrible. I know exercise would probably fix all this, but I just have no motivation what-so-ever. I need to do this and I know I can do this. I love this site and it helps me immensely, but I haven't been on it for a week or so and it shows. Today I am gonna do better. I need to drink more water!! I need to move more, and today it starts.
