I received my Insanity today, and this program is definitely legit! I'm still surprised I made the decision to even try this program this year, I wouldn't have even thought I'd be able to consider something like this 3 months ago. I did well on my Fit Test, I kept up, didn't puke, lol, and some of my starting numbers were in line w. the other video participants which was encouraging. While my motivation/excitement is still high, I think I'm going to just start the program tomorrow. I have no real reason to wait until January 4th, plus I don't want to. I feel like I hop around a lot, since I skipped to Phase II of RevAbs at the four week mark instead of six, but I figure I'd rather try something new, then get bored w. something and not do it at all. I may still finish up the last 11 days of RevAbs, but I'm not sure, we'll see. I hope everyone has a fantastic holiday and eats well!
