Officially starting the Cabbage soup diet today..Day 1
My weekend went ok. I didn't gain any weight was my goal. I wanted to be 240 by the time I started the cabbage soup diet . My goal is to lose 10lbs this week at the least. I didn't work out Friday or Saturday. I just did a lot of running around. Sunday I mowed the grass and got on the bike for 30 min. I also had fried chicken and French fries ....I know...... bad right....but I am not so bummed out only becuz I stopped there. I didn't binge and I worked out at 11:00 at night. I happen to be on the phone and looked at my bike and said what the heck, I can do it for 10 min's then 10 became 20 and then 30. My boyfriend is a late night snacker and he went to the Quicky mart and I didn't request anything. Yea for me!!!!!!! I will also speak life in to my weight loss. I am going to thank God for all of the weight that I am losing and will lose... example...Thank you Jesus for helping me lose weight thank you Jesus for this great success, Thank you Jesus for helping me get so close to my goal......
