So i sent my husband to buy me some sausages about two weeks ago,I've been having them almost every night to increase my fat consumption (LCHF). I've been struggling to wake up this past week, and yawning the whole day. So this morning i made a log of what changed in my diet and I've only added the sausages recently. It turns out hubby bought the cheaper version with a whole lot of nasty fillers. I've been eating wheat and a whole lot of stuff that i don't eat anymore.

Lesson learned, buy your own meat!

Very difficult to find sausages that don't contain wheat in it as a filler. Best option maybe to buy the casings and make your own sausages OR replace sausages with something else.

If you eat pork you can buy the eskort pork sausage they do not have a lot of carbs check them on the food counter and I love them:)

If you don't mind a little bit of spicy, Chorizo sausages are also normally very low in the nasties & better for the health.
