Hi everybody! Things are back to normal and I'm enjoying my day off. I actually got to be a mom today, I was also able to make my family a meal. Life is good and I'm very thankful for my family. These last few weeks have been hard but we all chipped in and made it through. I feel very grateful and I don't want to take anything for granted.
Now I need to refocus and make weightloss a priority again. Christmas planning is going to have to start too. Time just slips by and you end up behind in the blink of an eye! I would like to be out of the 200's for 2012. I will send my request off to Santa!

im glad you lived through it lol. working hard helps me to appreciate the days off. im sure as you refocus you will reach your goal
