WTF! I finally started losing weight again. Yay. It's about time. I've been behaving, even exercising (can you believe that?!) and nothing has come off. But I stopped trying for the weekend (and pooed) and it finally happened. I need to figure out what to do (already taking fiber) to make sure that I continue to be regular. Suggestions?
