For the last week my weight has stayed the same. Only an ounce or two difference each morning. I need to lose that one pound to reach my next goal of 190. Then I think I'll set my goal to 185. Actually I'd like to get to 180, but 5 lb. increments work best for me. I think I'm eating right and healthy, with my calorie intake at a 1000 cals a day. I do believe when cooler weather comes I'll lose weight faster. Walking is the exercise I like best, but here in eastern NC the heat & humidity about stops me in my tracks after 15 or 20 mins. Stationary bike, dumbells, stretch bands are part of my exercise as well. I found out the Senior Center in town has free exercise classes, going to check that out next week. Wish me luck.
