Since I've been stalled at the same weight for over a week now, I've decided to try something different for the next week. It's called the GM Diet. I've done it once before & it got me off the stall I was on then. I lost 8 lbs in 7 days, but gained 2 back when I got back on my regular lifestyle diet. But 6 lbs in 7 days not too bad. I'll see how it works this time. It's a boring diet but most of the time I don't worry about the taste, or what I eat, as long as it's healthy & makes me feel better. Today I can only eat fruit, tomorrow it will be veggies & salads, day 3, fruit & Vegs, day 4, milk, banana's & a special soup. Day 5, meat & tomatoes, day 6, high protein & vegs, day 7, vegs, fruit juice from fruit I blend in blender & brown rice. wish me luck.
