Today I had a residency interview. It went well. I ate my lunch that was arranged by the program. When I got home, I was thinking about eating something more, but I remembered my idea about self-control. While it sounds like a great idea to eat an extra meal, I know I won't be happy in the morning. So, I am heading to bed early tonight.
