Okay so I am only down 2.0 lbs in the lst couple of weeks ,i really think I am building alot of muscle with the p90x so i am not going to trip over the numbers ,we will see what my 30 day pictures have to say to that piece of shit scale.I am eating right ans working my ass off ,so i know something is changing and it may not be the numbers on the scale as fast as id like.I am thinking of adding some cardio everyday ,like 30 minutes on the treadmill to help burn some of the fat off along with building my muscle.I am also going to increase my calories to around 1500 a day instead of 1200 to see if that helps ,i think with the exercise I am doing i need more intake .
