OUCH! I haven't weighed this much in over 12 years! Life has gotten in the way and I have seemed to be deluded into thinking that I can eat and drink as much as I like without exercising and not have to worry about my weight. WRONG! Man! So here I am feeling way over weight and way ashamed to put that number in the new weight category. BUT now that I have, I can own it and get back on track. Right? The last two days I have worked out (not as hard as I used to, but I did work out) and eaten OK. So... today is a new day and I am going to kick you know what! And get back on track. And darn it, it will be possible to get back to 134. Yes?
