First Goal - 5% of my body weight **from when I first started my journal, not from when I started WW. So starting at 278. That makes 5% of my weight 13.9 lbs At a pace of 1 pound per week I should reach this goal by December 30, 2016. One day, I'll take the time to redo the math from the actual beginning... which was actually 287. I believe I'll hit 10 pounds this weekend. I don't mind re-mathing the scenario. Stayin focused on numbers keeps me focused on my goal.
