As you guys can see, I'm not very good at daily journals, but I still want to share my goings ons with you all even if it's super random and have no form. :D I hope things are well with you and going as planned! I was a little disappointed with myself yesterday, I almost let the lazy bug glue me to the couch, but I did manage to get up do a high intense 20 minutes arm workout, I also did 50 crunches and 20 jumping jacks, Jacks kill my hips so I can't do many. Anyway back to what I was originally going to post. I have always been a person that needed to burn a lot of energy in order to get to bed at a decent time, so I thought "Hmmm, what if I combine some arms, cardio, and kickboxing for the week? See how that helps me burn up this energy to sleep well. It's the most natural Sleep aid I can think of. Drug-free, no negative side effects, absolutely zero chances of forming a habit.... a bad habit that is. Haha. So, I'm going to create a challenge for this as well as a group, which I hope will help me come out of this anti-social shell of mine I've developed over the past few years and be a pillar for others. A sturdy rock or at least provide words of encouragement. Let's do this together!
