Didn't have time to for this this morning, but I'm here now! Yesterday I felt like complete shit! I ate some junk food and I can tell now how badly I feel after eating all of that. And that would explain why I gained a little weight this morning. Today I stuck to my diet plan and made time to exercise tonight at the gym. I'm feeling good and it was a hard working out I'm not used to running at all. This is going to be difficult but if I really want to make it I need to do the workouts. I guess my goal for tonight is to not have any snacks!
