2 Days strong with a little hiccup last night... I had chick-fil-a but I made the best choice possible! I did good considering, I was able to keep my calories under 1500! I have been going to the gym every day after work for an hour. I want to try to get back up to 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes.. no rush though. I weighted my self this morning.. because I was curious... it was 243lbs but I'm not recording it.. because I don't want to count my eggs before they hatch.. so Friday is the day I'm recording weight! 2 more days.. plus I'll be going to taking weekly pictures... I want to see my changes how small or big they might be.
