HAPPY HOLLOWEEN!!!

It is today and I even managed to get in my workout. YAY! I was planning to do my arms workout as well but I think I'm going to skip it. Why? because we are trick or treating later and we are usually out for about 4-5 hours, and that's all on foot! So, yeah I'm gonna be achy all over in the morning.

I have eaten low carb low cals, all day today, I haven't recorded anything because both meals were home grown on my cousin's farm (which I had no idea he owned, we haven't spoken in years) He has changed a lot since we last met, he cooks... HE COOKS and pretty damn good. When we last met he burned water in a glass pan LMFAO.

I had no snacks, and I have had some juice about 16 ounces accumulative of ocean spray white cranberry. I'll record that I'm sure it's in the database.

Update: Ok- I had a snack mainly because we missed dinner while we were out trick or treating but I'm PRETTY SURE I burnt off every calorie, and then some. It came up to about 347 calories, and I'm pretty sure 3 hours 40 minutes burnt off way more than that so I am NOT sweating it. LOL
